Duncan Robertson

Senior Associate - Strategy and digital - Margate, UK

Digital strategy and project management is Duncan’s forte, particularly when it comes to his work with charities and trade unions.

While leading the digital teams at the Association of Teachers and Lecturers, he devised and co-ordinated multi-channel digital campaigns to raise awareness on key issues such as school funding and teacher workload and to drive growth in membership and stakeholder engagement.

As a member of the Agenda team, he has developed Innovation Unit's digital estate (auditing and updating their website, newsletters and social channels to better meet their changing business objectives), designed and built the website for the Sutton Trust’s COSMO project, and implemented analytics strategies and data dashboards for numerous clients.

He helps Agenda clients to grow their digital capability to take on major strategic projects and to make the most of their content across digital and social platforms - be that to recruit and retain members, service users and clients and to engage and influence partners, funders and other stakeholders.

Duncan drills down to detail to improve processes and design innovative content using analytical insights. He has a proven track record in improving the quality of output for his clients and increasing organisational effectiveness.

Bringing analytical know-how to Agenda, Duncan enables clients make better decisions and understand the significance, impact and influence of data on strategy.

Duncan lives in Margate where he once ran a pop-up taco restaurant in a wine shop.
