Election Year 2024: How to build your union while influencing policy

Unions are invited to explore how they can use the coming UK and EU elections to build political relationships, engage members, and influence policy.

This year will see elections across the UK and EU. Many unions have already prepared their manifestos, outlining what they want to see a new Government deliver for their members.

But how can unions make the most of their manifestos to both engage members and influence policy?

Join union colleagues at a two-hour webinar on 26 March where Matt Ball, former director of communications and external relations at Community and senior associate for strategy and campaigns at Agenda will share his insight.

He will also lead a discussion on crafting a manifesto that goes beyond election campaigning and encourages greater union involvement.

*This event is being hosted by Unions 21 and is only for those working at a union.
